Bad Week For Mass Transit

Holy Crap, it's been a gruesome, ugly, sad week.
Brig. Javed Iqbal Cheema, the national head of the Crisis Management Center at the Interior Ministry, ruled out sabotage, saying the crash was "a pure accident."
